When clients call the Waco office, the friendly voice answering belongs to Michelle. As the office manager for the Waco location since 1994, there is no client request Michelle cannot handle. She sets the tone for excellence with her dedication to quality service.
Michelle has always been drawn to numbers, excelling in math and problem solving. The financial industry has been the perfect professional home for her. She and her late husband, John, raised their family in the Waco community and Michelle continues to enjoy spending time with her four adult children. Her love for adventure leads her out onto the open road on her Harley, or in the RV (for longer trips.) She has three other furry companions including two dogs named Dexter and Bam Bam, and a cat, Simon.
